4

What issues do you help with?

What is your approach to therapy?

5

My approach is warm, grounded, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I believe healing involves emotional, relational, spiritual, and practical dimensions. My work is informed by EMDR, Brainspotting, transpersonal therapy, and other integrative approaches depending on your needs.

What is EMDR?

6

EMDR helps your brain heal from distressing experiences by reducing their emotional charge and helping you feel more grounded.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting uses the body and nervous system to help you reach and process deeper emotional material that talk therapy may not fully access.

7

Do you offer psychedelic integration?

8

I offer psychedelic integration support before or after a psychedelic experience. Integration work helps you process what came up, make meaning of the experience, and bring any insights into your daily life with clarity and care.

This is therapeutic support for preparation or integration. It is not the facilitation of a psychedelic experience itself.

13

Do you offer a consultation?

14

How do I get started?

That is okay too. Many people reach out while they are still figuring out what they need. You do not have to have everything fully sorted before making contact.  I am happy to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

15

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

No. I offer private pay services and do not accept insurance. This allows me to focus fully on your care without the restrictions of insurance companies.  I Accept HSA and FSA.

Request A Consultation

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My hope is to make that first step feel as clear and comfortable as possible.

If you would like to schedule a consultation or ask a question about working together, you’re welcome to reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form.

What to expect

I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video for new clients.

This is a chance for you to briefly share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out and not hear back. Because of that, I make it a priority to respond with care and clarity.
