Services
I offer therapy for teens, adults, couples, and older adults throughout California, with in-person sessions available in Burlingame. And San Francisco
My work supports clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, stress, and long-standing emotional or behavioral patterns.
-
Individual therapy offers a place to slow down, be honest about what is happening, and begin understanding what may be driving your pain or distress beneath the surface.
This work may be helpful if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in repeated patterns, moving through grief or life change, or wanting deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.

Relationships can bring up deep pain, old wounds, and repeated cycles that are difficult to shift alone.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, communicate more clearly, and better understand the patterns shaping your relationship.
Couples therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis—it can also be a meaningful way to strengthen your relationship. Periodic sessions offer space to check in, address challenges before they grow, and recognize what’s already working well between you. Prioritizing this kind of intentional care is part of maintaining a healthy, connected partnership.
Relationships have a way of touching the most tender parts of us—old pain, unfinished stories, and patterns that repeat even when we wish they wouldn’t. My approach to couples therapy invites you to slow down, listen differently, and understand the emotional currents that shape your connection beneath the surface.
This work isn’t only for crisis. Many couples come in to strengthen their bond, deepen intimacy, or simply stay aligned as life evolves. When partners engage with intention and openness, therapy becomes a meaningful part of sustaining a connected, emotionally attuned partnership. -
I work with teens experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, identity questions, family tension, peer challenges, or emotional pain they don’t yet have words for.
Adolescence is a powerful and delicate stage of development. Teens are forming their sense of self while managing pressures from school, family, friendships, and the world around them. My role is to offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where they can explore who they are, understand their feelings, and build insight as they move toward adulthood.
My hope is for teens to develop the confidence, insight and tools they need not just to cope, but to truly thrive. -
Later stages of life can bring change, grief, reflection, relationship shifts, and emotional challenges that deserve care and attention. LONELINESS - Meaning of life, fear of death
Therapy can offer support during times of transition, uncertainty, loss, or deeper self-examination in a way that is respectful, grounded, and responsive.
-
Trauma can shape the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Sometimes it shows up in obvious ways. Other times it appears through anxiety, numbness, shame, emotional reactivity, relationship struggles, or repeated patterns that are hard to change.
I work with trauma from a compassionate, depth-oriented perspective, helping clients understand how past experiences may still be affecting them and how healing can begin in a safe, connected therapeutic relationship.

I understand this personally. As a therapist who also lives with ADHD, I recognize the creativity, intuition, sensitivity, and resilience that often come with it, along with the challenges around focus, organization, and follow‑through.
In therapy, we explore how your brain works, what supports your energy, and how to build routines that feel natural rather than forced. My goal is to help you honor your neurodivergent strengths, reduce shame, and move toward a deeper sense of self‑trust—seeing your ADHD not as a deficit, but as a meaningful part of who you are.
One‑Time Clarity Sessions
One‑Time Clarity Sessions
When you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or facing a decision, sometimes you don’t need ongoing therapy—you just need a focused space to think clearly with a neutral, experienced professional.
A One‑Time Clarity Session is a single, structured consultation designed to help you gain insight, organize your thoughts, and walk away with grounded, practical next steps. Think of it as a guided, therapeutic brainstorming session: supportive, efficient, and solution‑oriented.
This session is helpful for:
Decision‑making
Conflict or communication issues
Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
Life transitions
Sorting through a dilemma
Getting a neutral, professional perspective
In our session, we explore what’s happening, identify what matters most, and consider realistic options. This is not ongoing therapy—it’s a focused, one‑time conversation for people who want clarity, direction, and a steady sounding board without committing to weekly treatment.
My Process
EMDR
EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity of distressing memories and support the brain in processing experiences that may feel stuck or unresolved.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a focused, body-based approach that can help access and process deeper emotional material that may not always be easy to reach through talk therapy alone.
Transpersonal therapy
My work is informed by transpersonal psychology, which recognizes that healing involves the emotional, psychological, spiritual, and creative parts of who we are—not just our symptoms or struggles.
Psychedelic Integration
I offer psychedelic integration support before or after a psychedelic experience.
Integration work can help you process what came up during your journey, make meaning of the experience, and bring any insights into your daily life with care and clarity.
This work is therapeutic support around preparation or integration. It is not the facilitation of a psychedelic experience itself.
Request A Consultation
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. My hope is to make that first step feel as clear and comfortable as possible.
If you would like to schedule a consultation or ask a question about working together, you’re welcome to reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form.
What to expect
I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video for new clients.
This is a chance for you to briefly share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out and not hear back. Because of that, I make it a priority to respond with care and clarity.
